Sound Trip

Please join Mishe Skenderova and Joshua Margolis for an hour long immersive sound experience of rest and renewal as we move through a soundscape of crystal bowls, chanting, Tibetan sound instruments, and tuning forks.

Let your nervous system regulate and resonate into an inward journey of restoration. Enjoy the sound of crystal bowls tuned to mirror brain wave frequencies of deep relaxation in combination with Buddhist mantras. No experience necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, and whatever you require to rest comfortably.

Sound Trip will be Thursday, July 7th, 6 - 7 PM, at A Spiritual Center at Third Street Center, 520 S. 3rd Street, Room 31, Carbondale, CO.
