Every Thursday 6-7 PM MST
Each session will be streamed live online. A Zoom link will be emailed by 5:30 MST the day of the event and after payment is received.
During the session, lie down or sit comfortably, listen and relax.
All attendees will receive a recording of the event.
Unless noted otherwise by the purchaser on the cart page before checkout, each payment will go towards the upcoming Thursday when purchased by 5:30 PM MST on Thursdays.
